How to prepare

  • Serving size: ½–1 level teaspoon (approx. 2–4 g) per cup
  • Brew: Add to 200–250 ml of hot water (80–90 °C — just off the boil). Stir for 10–15 seconds until fully dissolved.
  • Customise: Drink black, or stir in your favourite plant milk and a natural sweetener. Also delicious blended into iced coffee, smoothies, or protein shakes.
  • Servings per pouch: 70 g ≈ 35 servings  |  113 g ≈ 56 servings
