What Is Duanwood Reishi Mushroom?

Duanwood Reishi refers to a traditional method of cultivating Reishi mushroom using natural hardwood logs. Rather than using myceliated grain as the finished mushroom ingredient, Reishi develops on hardwood and produces the distinctive lacquered red fruiting bodies associated with the species.

Our extract is produced using these Reishi fruiting bodies, which are then extracted and concentrated into powder.

WHAT DOES DUANWOOD MEAN?

Duanwood is a traditional method of cultivating Reishi mushroom using sections of natural hardwood as the growing substrate.
